New clients will receive a complimentary Meet & Greet to connect in person (with pet present) and go through care details. 

Pet Sitting bookings require a 50% deposit to secure dates. Deposit is refundable up to 10 days prior to the booking start date.

Walks and Drop-Ins cancelled within 12hrs of start time are non-refundable.

Travel fee applied to bookings outside regular service area.

Holiday rate will be applied to bookings on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of long weekends.
